CHEATER!!!!!

CJ was accused of being the worst thing to a child Cole's age just beginning to play board games tonight- A CHEATER! We had not played this game in a while because the boys just weren't doing well with it and it drove me nuts. Apparently, Cole's class just brought it out and it has begun again. We played tonight as a family after Judah went to bed. Cole and Jonah were doing quite well until we had been playing for about 20 minutes. The attention span wore off and the busy-bodyness began. Cole took it upon himself to move Jonah's "man" several times and we really didn't know where it was supposed to be. But then Jonah drew the double blue- and it was on! Because Jonah couldn't reach the game piece easily, CJ moved it for him and it put him to the end of the game and thus made him the winner. YAY! CJ and I were SO glad it was over, but Cole broke into hysteria over the fact "Daddy cheated by moving Jonah's man to the end!" It really was a sight as he carried on throwing himself onto the floor and pitching a major fit. As bad as it was, I laughed at him and proceeded to put Jonah to bed. Cole worked his way back to the bedroom and when he calmed down, I explained to him how it all worked. He continued to sniff a little (I mean the tantrum had reached head- spinning, vomiting pea soup proportions), but he finally did settle down and now is asleep.
These crazy 3 year old emotions are nutty! And to think, we'll have to go through this again at puberty! Yahoo!!!
